2020 Tilt-Lock Sensor Paddle Mount
A tilting sensor paddle that bolts to 2020 extrusion with two M5 T-nuts. The 40 x 45 mm paddle is attached by a print-in-place 5-knuckle hinge with a 4 mm pin, and an M3 screw through a curved slot into a heat-set insert locks it anywhere from 30° forward to 35° back of vertical. The paddle has slotted holes spaced 14–32 mm apart and a wiring window, so it fits common ToF, ultrasonic and IR sensor boards.
