2x4 Fence Rail Post Bracket

A U-channel hanger that screws to a fence post and holds a 2x4 rail on edge (38.1 x 88.9 mm lumber, 40 mm channel to allow for swollen treated wood). It's for fixing a fence section when the rail end has rotted or the bracket ear has snapped off. The 90 x 60 mm back plate takes four #10 or M5 screws in 5.5 mm holes. The 50 mm cheeks take #8 or M4 screws in 4.5 mm holes into the rail sides, and two 8 mm drain holes keep water from sitting in the channel.
