3-1/2 in Door Hinge Slip-In Shim Set
A set of three hinge shims, 1.0, 1.5 and 2.5 mm thick, for standard 3-1/2 in (88.9 mm) residential butt hinges. Each shim is 88 x 31 mm and fixes a door that rubs the jamb, sags or misses the strike. The 12 mm screw slots are open on the knuckle side, so you only back the hinge screws out a few turns and slide the shim in. The slots sit 31.5 mm apart and allow ±3.5 mm of variation in screw position. Notches on the back edge (1, 2 or 3) tell you the thickness; snap the shims off the thin bridges before use.
