45 Degree Flag Pole Wall Bracket
A 45° wall socket for a standard 1 in (25.4 mm) wooden house flag pole — 26.2 mm bore, 58 mm of pole engagement, with an M5 cross-pin through a reinforced boss that the pole butts against and a bore that stays open at the bottom so rain drains out instead of rotting the pole. The 46 x 96 x 6 mm back plate takes four #10 wood screws or M5 bolts through 5.6 mm counterbored holes; twin 45° webs carry the load into the plate in the XY plane. Print it in PETG or ASA for UV life.
