46-49 mm Chain-Link Brace Band
A clamp-on brace band for odd-size chain-link post pipe from 46 to 49 mm OD (1-7/8 in 47.6 mm pipe and 1-1/2 in 48.3 mm pipe), the sizes big-box stores don't stock. The 49 mm bore can tighten up to 8 mm around the post. A 9 mm cross-hole with a recessed square seat takes a standard 5/16 in carriage bolt to hold a rail-end cup or tension bar. The band is 25 mm tall with a 5 mm wall. Print it in PETG or ASA for outdoor use.
