6-Slot Geneva Star Wheel
This is the 6-slot Geneva star wheel for the 'NEMA17 Geneva Indexing Turntable' kit. It is 69.6 mm across and 8 mm thick, with 5.5 mm slots and R17 locking arcs sized for a 40 mm centre distance. The driver's 5 mm steel crank pin turns it in exact 60° steps, and the driver's locking disc holds it still between moves. It spins on a 608 bearing (8 × 22 × 7 mm) pressed into a 22.05 mm seat with a 1.5 mm lip. On top it takes 3 M3 brass heat-set inserts on a 38 mm PCD, which bolt the spindle tube above it.
