608 Axle Bearing Cheek
This is the upright bearing cheek for the 'N20 Self-Locking Worm-Drive Winch' kit. Print two. Each cheek is a 9 x 50 x 70 mm plate. It takes a 608 bearing (8 x 22 x 7 mm) in a 22.05 mm press-fit pocket that is 7.1 mm deep and has a 0.5 mm lead-in chamfer. A 12 mm through-hole lets the 8 mm steel axle pass, and four M3 heat-set inserts (4.0 mm x 8 mm bores) fix it to the base plate below and the fairlead brace above.
