608 Bearing Swivel Caster Mount
Print-in-place swivel caster for differential-drive robot chassis: the fork prints already captured on the base plate's retaining post and spins 360 degrees, so the third wheel stops scrubbing in turns. A standard 608 bearing (22 x 7 mm) drops between the 8 mm-spaced legs on an 8 mm rod or M8 bolt axle as the hard roller; the 46 x 40 x 5 mm plate bolts up with four M3 clearance holes on a 32 x 28 mm pattern, giving ~39 mm ride height and 21 mm of trail for self-centering.
