608 Flat Belt Idler Pulley
A 68 mm OD flanged flat idler pulley that runs on two press-fit 608 bearings (22.05 mm pockets, 7 mm deep, top and bottom) instead of a molded plastic sleeve, with a 16 mm flat belt face sized for 1/2 in V-belt backsides and 4 mm flanges to keep the belt tracking. Replaces seized or shattered deck/tensioner idlers on mowers, snowblowers and belt-driven robot drivetrains; ribbed rim and hub keep it under ~40 cm³ and print it without supports.
