608 Two-Bolt Flange Bearing Block
A printed KFL08-style two-bolt flange bearing block. It press-fits a standard 608 bearing (8 x 22 x 7 mm) and bolts flat to a chassis plate or bulkhead with two M4 screws on 48 mm centres. The bearing supports the outboard end of an 8 mm drive shaft, axle or leadscrew. It is 63 x 30 x 13 mm, and a 15 mm lip under the bearing's outer race holds it in the pocket. 45° ribs brace the boss so radial shaft loads stay in the layer plane.
