624 Bearing Servo Saver Bellcrank
A compliant steering bellcrank for RC trucks and robot linkages: the hub presses onto a 624 bearing (4 x 13 x 5 mm) and drives two 36 mm output arms through a pair of spiral leaf flexures, so curb strikes deflect the arms ~10° and spring back instead of stripping the servo. 83 x 83 x 7.5 mm, M3 clearance holes at both tie-rod arms and two link positions on the input arm, with the arm sides hitting the ring ends as built-in over-travel stops.
