70 mm Clamp-Hub Rover Wheel
This direct-drive wheel is part of the 'NEMA17 Rocker-Bogie Mars Rover Chassis' kit (print ×6). It is 70 mm OD × 26 mm wide, with a 2.5 mm rim shell, 18 grouser tread bars 3 mm wide and 2 mm tall, and a 3 mm face disc with 6 spoke windows. The 16 mm hub has a 5.3 mm bore for a NEMA17's 5 mm shaft. An M3 screw 5 mm from the hub face clamps the shaft and threads into an M3 hex nut captured in a 5.7 mm slot that is open at the top. A 6 mm hole through the rim lines up with the screw so a hex key can reach it.
