8 mm Rod Split-Clamp Endstop Trip Collar
A split collar that clamps anywhere on 8 mm smooth rod with one M3 screw and a captured nut. Its 2.4 mm trip blade breaks the beam of a slotted optical endstop, and the 6 mm arm face presses a microswitch lever. It gives you adjustable travel limits on rod-guided carriages and arm axes that have no motor shaft to put a homing flag on. The collar is 22 mm OD x 10 mm tall with an 8.3 mm bore, and the part is 62 mm long overall.
