8 mm Shaft Three-Dog Jaw Clutch Half
This is a jaw clutch half with three square dogs, for an 8 mm shaft. Print two identical copies, flip one over and turn it 60° so the two sets of dogs mesh. You get positive drive in both directions, and sliding one half back disengages it, so you can free-spool a winch, a hand crank or a robot drive. Each half has an 8.3 mm slip-fit bore, an M3 grub screw locked by a captured nut, and a 52 mm flange with four 3.4 mm holes on a 40 mm circle for bolting on a gear, pulley or drum.
