AA To D Cell Adjustable Adapter
This sleeve lets one AA cell (14.5 x 50.5 mm) run a lantern, flashlight, radio or old toy built for D cells. It is 33.6 mm across and 60 mm tall, which matches a D cell's nominal 34.2 x 61.5 mm. An M5 socket-head bolt (M5 x 8 to 10) sits under the cell as the negative contact and screws into a captured M5 nut in the base. Turn the bolt to set how far its tip sticks out, so the overall length matches the battery compartment.
