Acrylic Panel Enclosure Corner Post
A corner post for building custom project boxes out of 3 mm acrylic, plywood or scrap FR4: the side panels slide into two 3.3 mm grooves (3 mm stock + 0.3 mm clearance, 19 mm engagement) and the base and lid screw into M3 brass heat-set inserts at each end (4.0 mm bore, 6 mm deep). Post is 50 mm tall with 30 mm legs, 9 mm thick; print four and cut panels to whatever size your PSU, amp or controller board needs.
