Backer Rod Seating Roller For Tub Joints
This is a print-in-place roller with a 52 mm wheel. A 4 mm wide tongue on the wheel stands 6 mm proud of the wheel body, so foam backer rod gets pressed to an even 6 mm (1/4 in) depth in tub-to-tile and shower caulk joints that are 5 mm or wider. The wheel spins on a captured double-cone hub with a 0.42 mm running gap. It prints in one go with no supports, and the 166 mm grip has a hang hole.
