Bench Wire Bending Lever Jig
A print-in-place lever bender for forming hooks, eyes, J-bends and brackets from soft wire and rod up to 4 mm (aluminium, copper, brass, annealed steel, TIG filler): the wire slides into a closed 4.6 mm guide channel, and the swinging arm wraps it around a 16 mm die for an 8 mm inner bend radius. The 85 x 48 x 8 mm base bolts to a bench through three M5 clearance holes (5.5 mm); overall 149 x 48 x 31 mm, lever prints captured on the die post — no assembly, no fasteners in the mechanism.
