This is the print-first tolerance tester for the 'Dovetail-Stacking Parts Drawer Cabinet' kit. It is a 72 × 14 × 30 mm block that prints standing up. Its three vertical dovetail grooves (7.6/10.6, 8.0/11.0 nominal and 8.4/11.4 mm, all 2.5 mm deep) test a printed Bowtie Dovetail Joiner Key. Three 3 mm deep blind holes (4.1, 4.3 and 4.5 mm) test the Peg-On Drawer Label Holder's 4.0 mm split pegs. Raised 1-, 2- and 3-dot marks show which size is tight, nominal or loose, so you can tell whether your printer will slide the whole cabinet together before you print six housings.
