Chicken Coop Pop Door Pin-Lock Track
This is a 120 mm screw-on C-channel guide rail for a sliding guillotine chicken-coop pop door made from 1/2 in (12.7 mm) plywood or HDPE. The 13.5 mm slot takes 14 mm of the door edge and gives the door room to drop freely. Two 5.5 mm cross-holes take an M5 bolt or a 5 mm hitch pin through the lip, the door and the back plate, so a raccoon can't lift the door. One hole locks the door shut and the other props it open. The rail is 44 x 22.5 mm in section and mounts with three pan-head #8 screws through 4.5 mm holes. The part is symmetric, so print two identical rails, one for each side of the door.
