Chisel Honing Guide With 625 Roller
A side-loading honing guide that holds a chisel or plane iron at a repeatable bevel angle on a waterstone or diamond plate: blades up to 52 mm wide and 2–8 mm thick slide into the 9 mm slot and are pinched flat by four M4 screws in heat-set inserts, while a 625 bearing (16 mm OD) rolls on an M5 bolt axle. Overall 66 x 40 x 33.5 mm; blade projection past the front face sets the angle — 38 mm ≈ 25°, 30 mm ≈ 30°, 23 mm ≈ 35°. Printed standing on its back face so every wall is vertical and the clamp beam never delaminates.
