Clamp-Lock Adjustable Friction Hinge
A print-in-place 107 x 32 x 18 mm butt hinge whose pivot collar is a split clamp: an M3 screw and captured M3 nut set the holding torque, so a lid, laptop stand or tilt bracket stays at any angle from 0 to 90 degrees instead of flopping. Each 42 mm leaf takes four M3 screws (3.4 mm clearance) and the 8 mm printed pivot post is captured between an integral thrust disc and a retaining flange, so it comes off the bed as a working hinge with no assembly.
