Clamp-On Table Corner Safety Guard
A childproofing corner guard for tabletops 10–30 mm thick. It covers the corner with a 3 mm cap and 5 mm bumper walls that have a 12 mm radius on the outside. An M4 thumbscrew in a brass heat-set insert (5.5 mm bore) clamps it from underneath, so it stays on where foam bumpers peel off, and it doesn't need drilling or adhesive. The whole guard is 55 x 55 x 55 mm. The under-jaw has 45° ramps, so it prints cap-down with no supports. Use an M4 x 25 screw for thick tops and an M4 x 40 screw for thin ones, and put a felt pad on the screw tip.
