Compliant Bistable Snap Toggle
A one-piece flexure mechanism: four pre-bent 1.2 mm beams hold a centre shuttle in one of two stable positions about 5.4 mm apart, and it snaps between them with a click. Push rods stick out both sides. The 84 x 50 x 6 mm frame screws down through four M3 clearance holes, so you can use it as a latch, a microswitch trigger, or a detent with mechanical memory. Nothing is assembled and there are no pins to wear out.
