Cornhole Folding Leg Pivot Bracket
This bracket replaces the stamped-steel folding-leg hinge on a cornhole board, which tends to bend or rust. It screws to the inside of a 2x4 frame rail (89 mm tall) with four countersunk #8 wood screws through 4.6 mm holes. It has an 8.3 mm pivot bore for an M8 or 5/16 in carriage bolt, a raised 3 mm washer boss for the leg to turn on, and a gusseted stop wall. The stop face sits 45.5 mm from the pivot so a 3.5 in (89 mm) 2x4 leg stops square to the rail. The plate is 102 x 85 x 6 mm; print it in PETG or ASA for outdoor use.
