Crush-Rib Garage Wall Door Bumper
This wall guard is 80 x 30 x 120 mm and screws flat to garage drywall or a stud where your car door swings open. It has a zigzag core of 2 mm leaf ribs that bends when the door edge hits, so neither the paint nor the wall gets dinged. It mounts with two #8 wood screws (4.2 mm shank) through 4.8 mm clearance holes. The screws are driven through 10 mm access holes in the front pad, and the part prints standing up so impact loads run across the ribs, not the layer lines.
