DIN Rail Riser Foot For 2020
A riser bracket that carries 35 mm top-hat DIN rail (TS35) on 2020 aluminium extrusion, so terminal blocks, SSRs and DIN-mount supplies can live on a control frame. The 26 x 50 mm foot bolts into the T-slot with two M5 screws on 30 mm centres, and the 42 x 26 mm saddle sits 20 mm above the extrusion with 35.4 mm side walls that capture the rail lips plus a side-loaded M4 hex-nut pocket and 4.5 mm through hole for the rail screw. Print two or more and span the rail across your frame.
