Delta Base Foot Plate
This is the 5 mm thick tri-star foundation for the 'SG90 Mini Delta Pick-and-Place Robot' kit. It has a 90 mm work pad carrying a 6 x 6 grid of 3.4 mm M3 fixturing holes at 10 mm pitch. Three 26 mm ribs join the pad to 32 mm round column feet at radius 75 mm (60°/180°/300°). Each foot has a 20.6 mm x 1.5 mm locating recess for the 20 mm columns and a 3.4 mm through-hole. On the underside, a 6.2 mm counterbore sits each M3x10 SHCS head flush, so the plate stands flat.
