Delta Parallel Link Rod
A 118 mm link rod for the 'SG90 Mini Delta Pick-and-Place Robot' kit. Print six, lying flat. It has two 18 mm × 8 mm cup bosses exactly 100.0 mm apart. Each boss has a 12.4 mm spherical cup, 5 mm deep with a 0.5 mm chamfered rim, that takes the kit's 12 mm printed split balls, and an 8 mm relief hole that clears the M3x40 bolt head and nut. There are 2.5 mm spring-lug holes 14 mm inboard of each cup for the springs or rubber bands that hold the parallelogram pairs onto the balls.
