Delta Tool Effector Plate
This is the moving tool platform for the 'SG90 Mini Delta Pick-and-Place Robot' kit. It is a 62 mm, 5 mm thick truncated-triangle plate carrying three 8 × 14 × 22 mm joint blocks at a 20 mm radius. Each block has a horizontal 3.4 mm bore at z = 16 for the M3x40 SHCS split-ball stack, which puts the ball pairs at ±15 mm. The centre has a 12 mm tool hole and four M3 holes (3.4 mm) on a 20 mm square. The edges are notched concave under the ball pairs so the link-rod cup bosses clear the plate.
