Replacement plastic center guide for old wooden dressers and nightstands: a 46 x 58 x 21 mm saddle that straddles the cabinet's 3/4 in (19.05 mm) wood center rail so the drawer stops racking and dropping. The 21.2 mm channel carries four 0.8 mm skid ribs that pin the rail at 19.6 mm effective width for low-friction, slop-free travel, and four 4.5 mm holes take #8 / M4 screws up into the drawer bottom or rear rail; gussets under the flange keep the walls from spreading under side load.
