Dual-Edge Bowl Scraper With Dough Ruler
This is a 120 x 95 mm bench and bowl scraper, 2.8 mm thick. One edge is straight and bevelled down to 1.2 mm for cutting and portioning dough. The opposite edge has a 65 mm radius curve for scraping mixing bowls clean. Grooves every 10 mm along the straight edge, with longer marks at 0 and ±50 mm, let you measure while you cut. A ribbed finger-grip slot stiffens the middle, and you can hang the scraper from it on a hook.
