EV Charger Cable Saddle With Plug Fork
A wall hanger for a home EVSE / J1772 charging cable. The lower 84 mm-radius saddle holds the coiled cable so it never bends tighter than a 42 mm radius and sits on smooth faces with no sharp edges. The upper V-fork (12 mm root, 28 mm mouth) takes any cable from about 12 to 24 mm OD just behind the plug, so the handle hangs clear of the floor. The part is 78 x 130 x 36 mm and is printed on its side so both arms take load in the layer plane. It mounts with two #10 or M5 screws through 5.5 mm holes.
