Euro Hinge Cup Repair Plate
A 76 x 46 x 4.4 mm reinforcing plate that rescues a kitchen cabinet door whose 35 mm Euro hinge cup has torn out of the particleboard: the hinge cup drops through the 35.6 mm centre bore to self-centre the plate, four countersunk 4.5 mm holes take #8 screws into fresh material outboard of the damage, and the two 4.5 x 6 mm obround slots let the hinge's own cup screws land at either the 45 mm or 48 mm standard spacing. A 45° relief around the underside of the bore clears splintered chipboard so the plate still beds flat, and a 2 mm stiffening rim keeps the 2.4 mm plate from bowing under the hinge load.
