Flapper Spine Frame Plate
This is the 84 x 108 x 5 mm backbone of the 'SG90 Scotch-Yoke Flapping Wing Rig' kit. It has a 12.6 x 24.5 mm through-pocket for an SG90 servo, with solid tab lands so you can drill pilots through your own servo's ears. It also has a 56.8 mm wide slide channel for the yoke slider, with four M3 heat-set bores (4.0 x 6 mm) for the retainer strips, and two 16 mm shoulder posts, each with a gusseted M4 heat-set bore (5.5 x 10 mm), that the wing rockers pivot on. It prints flat on its back face. The bottom 15 mm tongue has two 3.4 mm M3 clearance holes 60 mm apart for the display stand, and lightening windows keep it under 80 cm³.
