Flat-Pack Desk Anti-Wobble Corner Brace
A 70 x 70 x 36 mm gusseted L-brace that screws into the inside corner where a flat-pack desk top meets its side panel. It stiffens the joint once the cam locks work loose and the desk starts to rack. Each 5 mm leg has two 4.8 x 8 mm slots that take #8 (4.2 mm) or #10 (4.8 mm) pan-head wood screws, so you can line it up without new pilot holes. Use 5/8 in screws in 16–18 mm particleboard.
