Four-Fin Spring Clamp Wall Rail
A 180 x 44 mm wall rail with four flared fins, 4, 8, 12 and 16 mm thick, that spring clamps grip directly. Mini clamps go on the thin fins and 2–3 in clamps on the thick ones, so they hang in a row instead of sitting in a jumbled bucket. The fins flare by 1.2 mm per side toward the tip so the jaws can't slide off. The rail is held up by two #8 wood screws (4.7 mm holes, 9 mm counterbores) on 90 mm centres. It prints flat with no supports, and the fins are deep in the direction the clamps pull.
