French Cleat Bar Clamp Rack Arm
A cantilever storage arm that drops onto a standard 45-degree French cleat ripped from 3/4 in (19 mm) plywood, sized to hang F-clamps and bar clamps by their bars — the arm reaches 92 mm past the cleat face, rises 7 mm toward the tip and ends in a 16 mm upturned lip so clamps slide back instead of walking off. It is 112 x 72 x 15 mm and prints on its side, so the bending load at the arm root runs along the layer plane, and a 4.5 mm cross bore through the 9 mm back plate takes a #8 wood screw or M4 bolt into the cleat board to lock it against lift-off.
