Garden Hose Split Repair Clamp
A print-in-place clamshell sleeve that seals a split, pinhole or kinked spot in a garden hose without cutting it — fold it over the damage, lay a scrap of inner tube in the 32 x 8 mm pad recess, and tighten two M5 x 30 bolts into the captured M5 nuts. The 45° vee channel closes to a 16 mm tall aperture with a 10 mm flat, so it grips 1/2" and 5/8" hose (16–22 mm OD) without necking the bore down like a barbed splice; part is 50 mm long and prints open at 88 x 50 x 16.5 mm with an integral 5 mm hinge pin.
