Reducer ring that lets a 1-5/8 in neck glass shade (41.3 mm) hang in a vanity bar or fan light kit built for 2-1/4 in fitter shades (57.2 mm). The 56.8 mm sleeve drops up into the fixture's holder and is pinned by its existing thumbscrews; the 66 mm lip band below it has three radial 3.4 mm self-tap holes for M4 x 12 set screws that grip the smaller shade neck in the 42.5 mm bore. 28 mm tall; change BORE and SLEEVE_OD in the script for a 3-1/4 in to 2-1/4 in version.
