Gripper Drive Gear Rack
Straight drive rack for the 'NEMA17 Rack-and-Pinion Parallel Gripper' kit (print ×2; the second one is rotated 180° about Z). It is 64 × 16.4 × 12 mm, with 9 teeth at module 1.5 and 20° pressure angle (4.712 mm pitch, 10 mm face width) that mesh with the 24T pinion on the NEMA 17 shaft. It bolts under the LM8UU jaw carriage with two M3x20 screws into M3 brass heat-set inserts (4.0 mm bores, 7 mm deep, 12 mm apart).
