Gripper Drive Jaw
This is the servo-driven finger, part 7 of the 'SG90 Four-Axis Desktop Robot Arm' kit. It is a flat jaw, 6 mm thick and about 74 mm long. Its hub carries a module 1.0 gear sector: 7 involute teeth at 20° pressure angle on a Ø20 pitch circle (tip Ø22), meshing with the idler jaw at a 20 mm centre distance. The underside has a 1.8 mm pocket that takes an SG90 single-arm horn, plus a Ø5.3 hole for the horn screw. The finger doglegs inward to a flat grip face with ridges at a 3 mm pitch.
