Gripper Idler Jaw
This is the idler finger of the gear-meshed gripper, part 8 of the 'SG90 Four-Axis Desktop Robot Arm' kit. It is a flat jaw 6 mm thick and 62 mm long that turns on an M3x20 pivot bolt through a Ø3.4 bore in a Ø20 hub. The hub carries a module 1.0, 20° involute sector: six teeth on a Ø20 pitch circle (tip Ø22, root Ø17.5), with a tooth gap centred toward the drive jaw so the two mesh at a 20 mm centre distance. The finger doglegs in to a ridged grip face that closes 3 mm from the drive jaw's face.
