Headlight Tab Repair Bracket
A bolt-on repair tab for a headlight housing whose mounting ear snapped off — a 74 x 26 x 5 mm ribbed plate that takes four M4 bolts (4.5 mm clearance, 14 x 14 mm pattern) through the surviving housing flange and gives back a 6.5 mm x 18 mm slotted bolt tab with 16 mm of fore/aft adjustment. A 10 mm registration lip hooks over the housing edge so the bracket cannot rotate while you tighten it, and twin 6 mm ribs carry the bending load between the bolt pattern and the new tab.
