Hinged SMD Stencil Paste Jig
A print-in-place hinged jig for applying solder paste through an SMD stencil: the 95 x 80 mm base deck has a 70 x 50 mm pocket 1.6 mm deep that holds a standard FR4 board flush with the deck, and a 95 x 62 mm frame folds over on a 5 mm print-in-place hinge so the stencil stays registered while you squeegee. Two 11 mm ejection holes push the finished board out from below, and two M3 clearance holes tie the jig down to the bench.
