Idler Pin Pivot Post

A gusseted upright post that bolts to a robot chassis plate with two M3 screws on 26 mm centres and holds a 4 mm steel pin in a press-fit cross bore 22 mm up. You can use it as the pivot for a belt idler arm, a tensioner lever or a small swing arm. The flange is 36 x 8.5 x 4 mm, the upright is 16 mm wide and 28 mm tall, and two 45° gussets carry the load in the print plane.
