Knee-Driven Lower Leg With Foot
A 145 mm lower-leg shank and foot for a small servo-driven walker. The knee hub bolts to a round servo horn using radial M3 slots that fit a range of horn patterns, and it has a 9 mm spline-clearance hole. A 625 bearing (5 x 16 x 5 mm) presses into the upper boss, and an M5 bolt runs through it as the outboard pivot, so the servo shaft doesn't take the side load. The shank is a flanged, tapered I-beam and the stadium foot is hollowed to save weight.
