Knock-Down 2x4 Sawhorse Bracket
This sawhorse head holds a 2x4 top beam on edge (38 x 89 mm actual) in a 38.8 mm channel. Two 38.8 mm leg sockets splay 15° to each side for 2x4 legs. Each wall has 4.8 mm clearance holes for #8 wood screws, so you can build folding shop sawhorses from scrap lumber. The part is about 125 x 106 x 30 mm and is printed flat, so the beam load goes into the legs along the layers rather than across them. Use two per horse.
