LM8UU Jaw Carriage
The sliding jaw body for the 'NEMA17 Rack-and-Pinion Parallel Gripper' kit (print ×2). It is 28 × 102 × 21 mm and holds two LM8UU bearings (15 mm OD × 24 mm) in 15.05 mm press-fit bores 80 mm apart on 8 mm rods. It takes the drive rack on two M3x20 counterbored screws and the finger on two M3 heat-set inserts. Print it standing on its outer face so the bearing bores are vertical. Blind pockets cut the weight to about 41 cm³, and the inner face stays flat so it lines up with the finger's grip face.
