Lawn Chair Webbing End Anchor Clip
This clip replaces the broken end clip on the webbing of a folding aluminium lawn or camp chair. The frayed end of a 1 in (25 mm) strap up to 2 mm thick goes through a 27 x 2.4 mm slot. Two M3 self-tapping screws pinch the strap, and a #8 screw passes through the 5 mm centre hole into the tube. A 90° V-saddle on the back sits square on frame tubes about 19–32 mm across. The block is 36 x 22 x 34 mm, so a chair that is otherwise fine can be reused.
